The Twelfth Night Costume Ball draws inspiration from the historic tradition of Twelfth Night celebrations, which date back to the Medieval period. These festive gatherings marked the end of the Christmas season with dancing, feasting, and merriment. This year, the Wheeling Heritage Foundation is bringing this tradition to life in support of the Wheeling Heritage Annual Appeal, which funds our mission as a catalyst to the revitalization of Wheeling.
